Orders and Consultations

• Submitting an inquiry or consultation request through this Site does not guarantee availability for your requested date.
• All event bookings are subject to confirmation, a signed agreement, and/or deposit, as communicated to you directly.
• Product orders placed through the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• For custom event work, pricing will be confirmed directly with you and may be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
• Payment for products or services is due as specified at checkout or in your service agreement.

Flowers and Natural Variation

Flowers and botanical materials are natural products and subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, greenery, or materials of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable, while maintaining the overall look, palette, and feel of the design.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup details, including timing and any associated fees, will be communicated as part of your order or service agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, traffic, or third-party couriers.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for event bookings will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
• For product purchases, please contact us regarding any issues with your order so we can work with you on a resolution.
